3 Easily Accessible Herbal Teas for Healing

I love incorporating organic herbal teas into my daily routine. Sometimes non-caffeinated teas get overlooked, but they have amazing healing properties and are great at supporting liver function and in turn, healing lingering chronic symptoms.

These 3 herbal teas I’m about to discuss all taste great, similar to black tea, have no caffeine, and offer amazing benefits. Your body will thank you!

#1 - Red Raspberry Leaf

I love Raspberry Leaf Tea! I started drinking it soon after I began drinking celery juice. I still love mixing this tea along with tea #3. In tandem, they work amazingly in alleviating painful menstrual cramps. This combo (or even just Raspberry Leaf alone) does wonders in long term pain relief!

#2 - Lemon Balm

If you suffer from neurological symptoms like I have, this herb is a life saver! I love lemon balm so much that I have it in an alcohol-free tincture form (@vimergy is my favorite tincture brand), and in tea form.

Lemon Balm helps heal sensitive nervous systems by killing off the many neurotoxins that exist in our bodies created by the Epstein Barr Virus. These neurotoxins populate our nerves, namely the vagus nerve, which can cause a host of chronic issues like shortness of breath, anxiety, panic, muscle spasms, twitches, poor circulation or headaches (to name a few).

One of my favorite brands to buy the leaf version of lemon balm is Celebration Herbals. Jump on the lemon balm band wagon! You’ll be glad you did.

#3 - Nettle Leaf

For overall pain relief and my favorite to pair with Raspberry Leaf tea is Nettle. Nettle has terrific healing benefits (as you’ll read in the infographic below).

Knowledge is power when healing the root cause. Chronic illness is brutal but I believe wholeheartedly that it’s healable. Lean on teas, and healing foods, don’t forget to take heart, and if you feel stuck along the way, don’t hesitate to book a virtual session with me. Sometimes all we need is someone to come alongside us in this race.

Love,
M
