What are the Top 3 Foundational Supplements Necessary for Healing

As you might relate to, there is so much misinformation about what supplements to take for healing. We tend to hear all about why we need a laundry list of vitamins. There are plenty of Multi-Vitamins out there too that have hundreds of “beneficial” ingredients we are guilted into needing. When in reality, if we do take those 100-ingredient Vitamin options, how much can it really benefit us? We’d be getting maybe a speck of each ingredient per dose. This is why it’s important to understand the right information. The goal with our supplements is to support our bodies natural inclination to heal. Let’s jump in!

#1 - Zinc

Benefits of Zinc 👾

I love @vimergy products because of how pure they are. They contain no artificial additives and are pretty easy on the stomach (there are a lot of products out there that are not and make people feel more sick).

My favorite way to incorporate zinc is to put 1-3 dropperfulls in my morning lemon honey water. If you’re sensitive, start with a couple drops and taper up to what you’re comfortable with.

You’ll find that zinc will offer you major benefits beyond being just an immune booster.

#2 - B-12

Benefits of B-12 💠

B-12 is the second of the top 3 foundational supplements I’m covering on my page this week. Some of the many amazing benefits of B-12 are listed above in bullet points. B-12 does much more for us than we know!

The way I never forget to take my B-12 is to keep it next to my bed. I take it in the morning with my lemon water (about 1 dropperful under the tongue). Start slow with B-12 (take 1 drop and taper up).

Slowly incorporating these healthy habits does wonders on our long term wellness!

#3 - Vitamin C

Benefits of Vitamin C 🏵

Vitamin C is the third foundational supplement our bodies crave for liver detox and to maintain a healthy immune system.

We’re all familiar with taking Vitamin C. There are so many brands out there that it’s hard to know which one to choose and how often to take it. In the past, I know I’ve even wondered if it does anything!

If you take one without artificial additives like citric acid or dyes, it can do wonders for your health. For a capsule form, I love @Vimergy Micro-C. For a liquid form you can buy on Amazon, there’s one by Lipo Naturals called Liposomal C which is a great option.

If you have any questions about the three supplements I covered this week, check out @medicalmedium online. And if you feel overwhelmed with your healing journey, check out my website in my bio. Speaking firsthand, working with a health coach helps immensely with the anxieties of healing with all this valuable, but at times overwhelming, information.

Thanks for following along! I enjoy uncovering and sharing information to those interested to learn. Book a virtual session with me if you feel you would like support in what to take, when to take it and even what to eat. All we want to do is feel well, right? And it is possible. Sending my love to you. -M
