Clean & Green Pasta
This is my favorite way to make pasta! 🍝 I’ve been making it this way since I got hooked on Al Dente brand green pea pasta. It’s the perfect consistency and even if I accidentally leave it in boiling water too long, it never gets mushy like conventional pasta. Best part, it’s only 1 ingredient. It tastes even better than cassava pasta in my opinion. ❤️
Add-on favorites:
❤️🔥 2-3 finely grated Brazil nuts (best trick! It melts into the pasta like Parmesan)
❤️🔥1-2 finely grated cloves of garlic
❤️🔥 Thai Kitchen green or red curry
❤️🔥 Organico Bello Basil or Spicy Marinara OR Lucini Italia Tuscan Marinara
➡️ I add 1/2 lemon squeezed and a spinach of maple syrup in my marinara as well to wake it up ☀️
❤️🔥 Any fresh veggie you like. Mixing cooked with raw creates great texture in a dish!
❤️🔥 Any spices you like on top (I added turmeric and sage in mine).
