What Does "Chronic Illness" Even Mean
The mental image of a “chronically ill” person tends to be someone who is bedridden, in a wheelchair or someone who has received a slew of non-life-threatening scary diagnosis names with no answer as to what caused it or how to heal it.
In reality, chronic illness is not limited to that person I described above. The definition of “chronic disease” (or illness) according to the CDC is: “conditions that last 1 year or more and require ongoing medical attention or limit activities of daily living or both.” The truth is this person is often one who is silently suffering with anxiety, depression, menstrual cramps, migraines, brain fog, unexplained tremors, fatigue, difficulty sleeping...the list goes on! You can’t see this illness from the outside.
Almost all of us experience at least 1 chronic illness. What does this mean? This means we can all benefit from a healing protocol of less fats, more healing produce, more hydration and avoiding virus feeding foods!
If you’ve come to the end of your rope time and time again and are already interested in healing in a holistic manner, addressing the root cause, then please do yourself a favor and read up on Medical Medium information (almost all of which is FREE). If this information resonates with you in any way and you’re willing to put the work in to heal, consider finding a health coach to work with you through your healing process. Whether that be myself or someone else, find someone you feel you can trust to assist you in moving the needle forward in your healing.
We all too often jog in place with healing because of the non-answers we receive from physicians and online or from well-meaning friends. I will tell you, if you put the work in to heal using @medicalmedium anti-viral information and receive support from a health coach along the way, you will begin to experience true healing.
