Without this wonderful information shared by MM, I wouldn’t be in the healing journey I’m on. I’d still be suffering much deeper with symptoms I couldn’t get relief from for so many years. SWEET POTATOES
⭐️ Promote productive bacteria in the stomach, small intestine and colon. They starve out unproductive bacteria.
⭐️ Enhance the body’s production of B12.
⭐️ Help alleviate narrowing of intestinal tract due to chronic inflammation (aka Crohn’s or colitis).
⭐️ Extremely comforting and soothing for nervous system. Very soothing for healing PTSD.
⭐️ Draw radiation from the body.
⭐️ Help protect against skin cancers, breast cancer, reproductive cancers, stomach cancer, intestinal cancers, esophageal cancer, and rectal cancer.
⭐️ Regulate hair growth by stimulating where it’s needed and prohibit growth in the wrong places.
⭐️ Provide critical form of glucose that stimulates the development of neurotransmitters (ex glycine, dopamine, GABA, serotonin - all of which aid in restful sleep).
🦋 My favorite spiritual lesson from SP’s: they teach us to evaluate other circumstances where we’ve been handed a pure and complete gift, and out of fear or lack of appreciation, we’ve felt like that wasn’t enough.
💡 Tips:
⭐️ Try to eat one SP per day to reap maximum benefits.
⭐️ Have a few bites of sweet potato when you’re having trouble sleeping in the middle of the night and they will help you get some rest.
⭐️ Eat a SP before you plan to see a movie that might be scary or action-packed. They’ll help support your adrenal glands as you enjoy the show.
⭐️ For scar healing, try rubbing a piece of raw SP on it. The medicinal qualities will help stimulate healing and tone skin to help reduce scar tissue.
