Why You Shouldn't Be Afraid of Potatoes

The healing properties of potatoes are magical and so effective. Potatoes eaten steamed or baked without oil or cheese or other dairy-type toppings are loved by our bodies! This is because of how much lysine is in them!


Lysine is our friend and we want to incorporate it into our lives to optimize liver detox and overall healing.
