How to Heal Anxiety
CAUSES:
Toxic heavy metals in the brain and other organs (slowly oxidizing)
Viruses: one of the 60 strains of Epstein Barr or one of the 30 strains of shingles virus
A combination of the two (heavy metals + viruses)
“When anxiety is not stand-alone and accompanies other symptoms, at least part of that physical cause is usually a large amount of EBV neurotoxins that are saturating and inflaming the vagus nerve (which runs to the brain), along with elevated levels of toxic heavy metals.”

4 TIPS ON HOW TO HEAL:
Acknowledge the sensations you experience with anxiety and try to observe (not push away) the discomfort.
Begin adding celery juice and/or lemon water to your mornings, fruit and leafy greens for breakfast (making a smoothie is my favorite way to do this), and focus on eating organic fruits and veggies throughout the day.
Slowly remove virus and pathogen feeding foods. *check out my post with the orange background on the levels of most to least problematic foods*
Reach out to a health coach who specializes in this kind of liver healing protocol to get support on your journey. It takes patience to heal but it’s an investment for your future mental and physical state!
Every small step toward cleansing your liver and starving the viruses and pathogens in your body is a step forward. Soon you’ll be able to drown out bad habits and replace them with healthy sustainable ones.
“Healing isn't always a linear process, so don't be discouraged if it seems like there's some setbacks. Often it's three steps forward, two steps back, so there may be times when it can feel like we aren't making progress, but in reality we are. Healing can also happen in increments where a lot of progress could be made one month and then small amounts of progress the next month.”

I highly recommend purchasing and reading Anthony William’s first book from start to finish: “Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal (Revised and Expanded Edition)“ to get a glimpse of how common unexplained symptoms like anxiety are. Sometimes reading a book that speaks so closely to ones experience is the boost of hope and drive one might need. Hang in there.
